SaaS Web Launches a New Offering for Businesses

This new offering is specifically aimed at businesses that require various functions and prefer to have them managed or operated from a single source.

Everything Together on One VM

Unlike the offerings otherwise available on www.saasweb.net, the selected applications are hosted together on their own virtual machine (exceptions include, for example, mail, if no dedicated server is selected).

By default, the VM is also set up on the OpenStack infrastructure and not in the VMware Private Cloud. Numerous data centers are available in various countries: Germany, France, Spain, Australia, or Canada.

Single Sign-On Possible

Especially when multiple applications are selected (up to 8 possible), it is particularly convenient for users if new login credentials do not have to be entered every time, but rather that they are automatically logged in.

From C for Chat to K for Knowledge Management

SaaS Web provides a fine selection of open-source applications to optimally manage the most important functions of everyday business. An overview:

  • Jitsi Meet for video conferencing
  • MediaWiki for internal knowledge management
  • Nextcloud as online file storage and for exchanging with customers
  • OpenProject for ITIL-compliant project management
  • Rocket.Chat as an instant messenger for employees
  • SOGo Mail – the alternative to O365
  • SuiteCRM for customer relationship management
  • Zammad for customer support

For some applications, such as OpenProject, SaaS Web also offers licensing of the Enterprise Edition or, as an upgrade from MediaWiki, the setup of BlueSpice MediaWiki Pro.
