Process

How it Works – From Application to Pass

  1. Online Application Enter data, upload proofs, give consent
  2. Review The rules engine calculates the tier, case management reviews and confirms
  3. Notification and Pass Notification as PDF, pass digital (QR) or printed
  4. Usage Discounts at acceptance points, optionally with budget check
  5. Renewal Reminder before expiration, data transfer and re-evaluation
