Planning – Before the First Line of Code is Written
A successful project begins with the right questions: What should the solution achieve, for whom, and how will it be operated later? We clarify this with you – whether for a new application or the relaunch of your existing website.

Why Plan
Well Planned is Half Done
The most expensive mistakes in digital projects happen before the first line of code is programmed: unclear goals, the wrong technology, overlooked processes. Thorough planning saves time, money, and stress later on.
- You know what you need – and what you don’t.
- The budget matches the scope, not the other way around.
- Technology is based on your requirements, not preferences.
- Data protection, accessibility, and hosting are considered from the outset.
- All stakeholders have the same vision of the outcome.

Process
How the Planning Process Works
- Initial Consultation You tell us what it’s about. We clarify goals, scope, and timeline – and whether we are the right fit.
- Inventory Analysis We examine existing systems, content, and processes, and speak with the people who will work with them later.
- Concept We document requirements, structure, and technical solutions in writing – clearly and without jargon.
- Proposal and Roadmap You receive a transparent cost estimate and a realistic timeline. You can then calmly decide whether to implement with us.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions About Planning
What does the initial consultation cost?
Nothing. The initial consultation is free and non-binding – whether via video call, at our office, or at your location.
What should I bring to the initial consultation?
Not much: a general idea of what you want to achieve, and – if available – access to your current website or existing systems. We’ll clarify everything else together.
What does a concept cost?
That depends on the scope: For a manageable website, a workshop is often sufficient; a portal with many stakeholders requires more analysis. After the initial consultation, you’ll receive a transparent proposal so you know what to expect beforehand.
How long does the planning take?
From a few days for a manageable relaunch to several weeks for applications with many processes and stakeholders. We will provide you with a realistic timeline after the initial consultation.
Do I have to implement the project with you afterwards?
No. The concept belongs to you. You can implement it with us, with another service provider, or with your own team.
Do you only recommend your own solutions?
No. We provide independent advice and recommend open-source or commercial systems – depending on what suits your requirements, budget, and team.
Who is your consulting suitable for?
For anyone who wants to set up a digital project effectively: small businesses and freelancers, agencies, associations and organizations, as well as municipalities and public institutions.
