With the integration of Collabora, Nextcloud offers a Google Docs alternative. It is now possible to edit Office documents, share them with the team, and work on them together—although currently only one editor is possible at a time, while other team members have read-only access during that period.
Unlike in Etherpad, documents can also contain images.
You can read more about it here: https://nextcloud.com/collaboraonline.
SaaS Web has recently started offering Managed Nextcloud Hosting.
